Thank you for your interest to provide your weather data at MeteoNews!

MeteoNews has extended his concept to integrate numerous weather data. Now, we invite private persons, groups, clubs and communities to participate in our weather network with their automatic weather stations. Thus you can make your weather data accessible to a larger audience and you help to improve weather forecasts a little bit.

In return, MeteoNews offers you a weather forecast for three days for free. You can put this forecast on your homepage just as it is. See: http://www.trun-turissem.ch, http://www.witchesglider.ch

The measurements, you provide us as our partner, are being excellently published together with other data from MeteoNews in local TV or radio stations, in iPhone/Android/Nokia applications or in the internet. Some examples of products of MeteoNews, where data of our external partners are released:

First, we have to know some informations about the location and the equipment of your weather station. To guarantee the quality of the data in our network, MeteoNews takes the liberty of filter potentially defective data. Within the bounds of possibility, we are willing to refer to you as data source.

Juristic conditions for registration and cancellation of weather station data

Any individual or legal person may provide their weather data at the network of MeteoNews. If your data do not fulfil the demands of MeteoNews, MeteoNews denies the integration. If the weather data are integrated in the network of MeteoNews, the owner gets a 3-days weather forecast from MeteoNews for his homepage. MeteoNews will provide the weather data other PLATTFORMEN (users?) (eg. Tele Züri, Bluewin, etc.) and integrate it in further services (eg. I-Phone applications). To guarantee the quality of the data in our network, MeteoNews takes the liberty of filter potentially defective data. Within the bounds of possibility, we are willing to refer to you as data source. This partnership can be cancelled both-sided at any time and without stating the reasons. If the owner of the weather station wishes a cancellation, MeteoNews will fulfill this wish within an appropriate period of time (generally within approx. 7 days).
